Nestled against the foothills, this popular neighborhood boasts 73 acres of community open space with native grass and natural surface walking trails. These trails connect to the Maxwell Natural Area and the Foothills Trail, a 6.8 mile trail which runs along the east side of Horsetooth Reservoir and connects 4 different City of Fort Collins Natural Areas.
